What we believe in 🌻

Last updated: 2026-05-17

SkyGlider ("SkyGlider," "we," "our," or "us") is a mobile game published by Studio Kunj on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how SkyGlider collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you install or use the SkyGlider Android app.

By installing or using SkyGlider, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. What SkyGlider Does

  • SkyGlider is a single-player arcade game for Android. Its single purpose is to provide the gameplay experience, save your progress, and — where you have given consent — measure aggregate gameplay metrics so we can improve the game.

2. Information We Collect and Process

SkyGlider may collect, process, or store the following information in order to provide its functionality:

A. Information generated by gameplay

  • Your best score, best combo, best multiplier, total run count, and in-game Spark balance

  • Gameplay events such as run start, run end, perfect pass, near miss, focus mode activation, and session start/end

B. Anonymous identifiers

  • An anonymous Firebase Authentication user ID, automatically assigned to your device so your progress can be synced. This ID is not linked to your name, email, Google account, or any personally identifying information.

  • An advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), used by Google AdMob if and when ads are enabled. Ads are currently disabled in SkyGlider; this identifier is only processed if and when ads are turned on in a future update and you have consented.

C. Diagnostic data

  • Crash reports and stability data via Firebase Crashlytics, used to identify and fix bugs.

D. Information stored locally on your device

  • Your gameplay settings (audio, haptics, accessibility preferences)

  • Local progress and Spark balance (also synced to the cloud as described above)

  • Consent preferences set through the Google User Messaging Platform consent dialog

E. Technical and operational data

  • Limited request and service data necessary to deliver remote configuration, sync progress, deliver ads (when enabled), protect against abuse, and operate the service securely.

SkyGlider does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, browsing history, or any content from other apps on your device.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve SkyGlider's disclosed functionality. This includes:

  • Saving your progress and best scores across sessions and devices

  • Measuring aggregate gameplay metrics (for example, how far players typically progress, or how often a feature is used) so we can improve the game

  • Delivering crash and stability reports so we can fix bugs

  • Delivering remote configuration, including which features are enabled in a given build

  • Serving ads through Google AdMob, if and when ads are enabled in a future update and you have consented

  • Protecting the service from misuse, fraud, or abuse

  • Complying with legal obligations

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal data. We do not use or transfer user data for data brokerage, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.

We may share information only as necessary to provide SkyGlider's core functionality, comply with the law, or protect the service and users.

SkyGlider may share information with:

  • Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Remote Config), to store your progress, log anonymous gameplay events, deliver crash reports, and deliver remote configuration

  • Google AdMob, to serve ads if and when ads are enabled in a future update and you have consented

  • Google User Messaging Platform, to collect and record your consent choices in regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and UK)

  • Legal authorities or other parties, where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

5. Consent (EEA, UK, and other applicable regions)

If you are in a region that requires consent for personalised advertising or analytics, SkyGlider shows a consent dialog provided by Google's User Messaging Platform on first launch. Your choices are recorded and respected. You can change your consent choices at any time from the in-game Settings screen.

6. Local Storage

SkyGlider stores certain information locally on your device, including:

  • Gameplay settings (audio, haptics, accessibility preferences)

  • Local progress and Spark balance

  • Consent preferences

This local data generally remains on your device unless you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

For SkyGlider:

  • Locally stored data may remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app

  • Cloud-synced progress associated with your anonymous Firebase Authentication ID is retained for as long as you continue to play, and may be deleted upon request (see section 10)

  • Aggregate analytics events and crash reports may be retained for a limited period, in line with Google Firebase's standard retention settings, for product improvement, troubleshooting, and security

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information handled by SkyGlider, including transport encryption between the app and Firebase services. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Services

SkyGlider relies on third-party services to operate. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. These include:

We encourage you to review those policies before using SkyGlider.

10. Your Choices

You may choose not to install SkyGlider, or to uninstall it at any time, in which case locally stored data is removed by the operating system.

You may also:

  • Reset your Android Advertising ID at any time from your device's system settings

  • Change your consent choices from the in-game Settings screen (in regions where the consent dialog is shown)

  • Request deletion of your cloud-synced progress by contacting us at the address below. Because progress is stored against an anonymous device-assigned ID, please include the in-game Player ID shown in the Settings screen so we can locate the correct record.

11. Children’s Privacy

SkyGlider is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the Last updated date above. Continued use of SkyGlider after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
